Honestly it was better than I expected for the price. The picture I picked came out great. The quality of the print was really great too. This print is now up in my office and I have gotten so many compliments on it. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Nice but some print issues. Customer service was exceptional

Was a photo to canvas for my brother's memorial I ordered , but there were some issues : double printed. The customer service was excellent. Great response time and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The clarity and color was very good on the actual printing.

Get exactly what you submit minus the shine of photo paper.

I have been using another company over the last few years for my canvas photo prints and have been perfectly pleased with the results. That said, we all try to save a bit of money where we can so I tried this company which has a smaller framed profile than the other and is less expensive. The artwork
I had submitted did not warrant the necessity of the clearest pictures ever nor was I expecting this company to somehow "dress them up" or enhance what I submitted to them. To all, if you cannot live with what is present in the customization box, none of the companies that do this type of service should be held accountable. Take the time and see if your artwork is acceptable if worked into the box provided. That will save many the grief of disappointment. I am pleased to say that what I had placed and allocated to fit within the customization box is EXACTLY what I received. Same quality, same squared off dimension. The finished product was exactly as I was willing to live with due to my jockeying around of the artwork in the customization process, plus this company mounted the hanging hardware to the frame which the other company I use does not. Overall, I am happy with both the quality and the savings that this company provided on my pictures and will certainly use them again. Best of Luck.
