I have a mid drive ebike I built and there was something wrong with my rear hub which I ignored and eventually the rotational force sheared off the nut which holds in the bearings entirely and the hub got stuck in place. The wheel arrives in fine shape, it was packaged well. It was true, strong, all the spokes were attention correctly. I've got about a hundred miles of mountain biking with it so far and it's doing great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again at this juncture I don't know how the long-term durability will be but we'll find out in a few years ... show more

Delivered beat up and when I opened the box all the packaging / protection was off the rims and one of the quick release rods and caps were completely missing when I put them on my bike and rode them the chain fell behind the cassette and completely snapped a spoke

I was super excited when this wheel arrived, but come to find out that it will not work with a rim style brake system. Only made for a disk brake. Otherwise, if I could have used the wheel, it was lightweight and felt structurally solid.
