There are no pilot holes in the wood feet. The metal plate does not have a recessed area so the screws into the feet don’t cause them to be uneven. The pads were missing. This is all why I gave 4 stars. My box also did not have any instructions and not enough screws to use all the holes. I did three screws into each foot and then four into each plate into my kitchen island. I used these instead of the wheels that came with it. They look awesome. just what i needed

I thought the legs were cute and well made. However, not enough screws were included plus the heads were too big to fit into the beveled holes they were designed to fit. I did not return them because I had already drilled holes into the legs. Luckly I had some screws on hand that did fit.

I replaced the legs on my tv stand with these. They are much heftier that what came with the stand (and ultimately bent). I like that the hardware and screws come with them, it made installation very easy. They are also paintable and stainable!

We needed exactly 2 inches of height to be added to a bench so that it would be the correct height for a piano. These feet matched the aesthetic, and once stained up and clear coated, matched the color correctly as well. In my case, it was better to use the center-hole mark as a guide where to drill-press down for the center spindle I inserted (hanger bolt/two-ended screw NOT INCLUDED!). The center is marked with a divot on the top and the bottom, but there is NOT a hold through the middle. The center markings help you to install to the mounting plates. I received 29 screws, 28 are necessary for all the holes, so one extra--but I won't be installing them via the plates or screws. Again, I drilled the center and installed a two-ended furniture bolt and inserted them to the bottom of a bench that was too small. See photos. Literally cannot tell the difference. I'd call these perfect for our application. ... show more
