Bought two as gifts. One was for my 15 year old. She loves it. Batteries and brushes are replaceable. Recommend ordering replacement brushes from Amazon, as I really have not seen them in stores.

The package arrived and had been obviously opened prior to shipment. There was tape covering the bottom portion. Since this is a toothbrush, we expected a sealed container. I tried to return, but this item cannot be returned.
