Update: the customer support team reached out tot me directly and offered a refund. Really great customer service. So,I’m updating my rating from 2 star to 3 stars. Wore them one day and then left them in the hotel when I checked out. Super cheap feeling. Nothing like a leather feel. Very large, so if you do buy them anyway, buy one size smaller. They look nice.
