These posts arrived in good shape and were just as I expected. The metal is sturdy and the paint/coating was well applied, without any gaps or flaking. They are easy to install in my sandy soil while still providing good support. I expect these posts to last for a long time. These are very sturdy. They didn’t bend at all when driving into hard ground. They’re painted with good quality paint, so won’t rust out quickly. Not too heavy to handle, but heavy enough to do a good job holding tent guy lines in high winds (over 20mph!). Definitely recommend.

These are pretty much what you'd expect in a three foot t-post. They're a little thicker than some and a little lighter duty than some others. Performance wise they are pretty much what you'd expect if you've ever used t-posts before. They arrived bundled in a box with protections on the ends/corners so they wouldn't puncture the box while being shipped. Weight wise they are pretty manageable to handle. The design is good and material quality is pretty solid. They are rugged enough to take a beating from a t-post driver as long as you don't get carried away. The pointed tip went into the ground easily in somewhat loose and fairly soft ground. I think they'd also work fine in firmer ground as long as you're not driving it into a rock. The paint quality is solid and should hold up for quite a long time. If you're comparing these to a selection of t-posts you'd find in a hardware store I'd say these would be similar to the medium to somewhat heavy duty t-posts. Price per post isn't bad, but might be a little higher than some you might find available. Based off performance I'd give them my recommendation. ... show more

These are great, sturdy, little fence posts that do the job. I'm using them at the moment for a temporary grazing pen for a flock, along with taller, (bent), hardware cloth---and it's working. I recommend!

The posts arrived well-packaged with no damage. These metal fence posts are not only sturdy and durable, but also designed to last for years. When driving the posts into the fairly hard ground, they resisted bending. The powder coating appears to be well-applied so it will be resistant to scratching and chipping. I'm using a couple sets of these to mount low wire mesh fencing to deter beaver from crossing a stream boundary and it seems to work just fine: those chubby little buggers can't exactly "hop" (at least that I have seen) to it's proven enough of a deterrent without having to erect anything higher or more structural. The deer pushed over the thin green stakes I was using to protect my hydrangeas last year. This time I am building with strength, and a cover over the top as well. They ate all the new blossoms and we did not get any flowers, so I hope to have them beaten this time. The stakes are nicely made and finished and easy to belt into the ground. I expected them to be 3 feet once installed, but instead, once you put them 6 inches (as you do with these types of fence posts) in they are 2'6". They will do in my garden to hold string for plants which is a good use, but do keep in mind.
