I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but this was my experience: 1- As soon as I received the item I let it fully charge and so I used it, I noticed the front wheel was kind of loose, there was a weird noise as well, which I didn’t feel safe to ride it (even though I tried for a feel times to/ from work) but still the same. 2- The breaks weren’t that quick to respond, I checked the breaks in reverse and looked like it worked, but that’s not the way to ride the scooter. 3- The battery is advertised to last up to 7 miles range, this one scooter 🛴 I bought would last 4 miles (the most)! 4- The handles keep turning, no matter how tight I get them screwed, still turning in circles. ⭕️ Thanks. ... show more

Disappointed as I bought the 6.5 and the scooter will not go over 8mph. Is this defective or is there a setting or something else thst I missed.
