I got this bag for my mother in purple for her birthday and it was just gorgeous. She loves it. I am not much of a colors person for bags so I ordered it for myself in black. I love the colorful strap! I also love the crossbody strap as those are so convenient. This bag is vegan leather which means it is not made from animals but sustainable materials and I am a pretty committed to carrying only authentic leather bags but I am absolutely willing to make an exception for this bag. They did a great job making it look and feel like quality leather and it is durable and well made and comparable to any of my other bags. If you are on the fence I say go for it. While some people may think it is overpriced I do not think so for the quality you get. I would not take the chance of buying a copycat bag from another vendor for cheaper as you never know what kind of quality you might but ultimately it is up to you. Smaller than it looks but not terribly sized, it is still roomy. I did not like how plastic-y it felt even though I knew it was synthetic. The cute strap unfortunately does not hang nicely when not in use (sideways sort of, if that makes sense) which was actually the tipping point of why I returned it. But that being said I really loved the blue colored one, and the strap was so cute I do wish it would have worked out better for me. ... show more

This bag is the perfect size for me. My large wallet fits in perfectly. The wide shoulder strap is comfortable. My cell phone fits in the outside pocket without sticking out too far. I also keep chapstick and lipstick in there, which are easy to get at.
