I ordered 8 and several came damaged as shown. The product quality is OK in terms of sturdiness. I find better stuff is better in store. Updated to 4 stars since customer service gave me a refund. However, they need to fix the quality control issues with the cheap busted plastic gaskets on delivery.

It slips off wall. End pads are smooth and slippery. Had to place tape under rod for one and a half ounce shower curtain. Needs better rubber end knobs.
