Very absorbent with acrylic paint. These eill be gifts to family and friends. Just paint and coat with gloss glaze. Better to use with cold drinks if making coasters

We use these to transfer ink from a laser printer printout to the tile with an artist's medium. They are pourus enough that the ink transfers we'll, but they are pretty smooth to the touch.

I BOUGHT THIS ITEM FOR SUBLIMATION AND AFTER TRYING FOR AN HOUR TO SUBLIMATE ON THEM I QUIT. THEN TRIED TO RETURN AND SHIPPING LABEL WAS WRONG ,TRIED TO CORRECT IT THEN IT SAID I WAS OUT OF DAY FOR RETURN. SO NOW OUT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT USE.

I now see that the blurb for this product mentions that it has cork backing though there are no photos of it. I was planning on glazing them so I had to tear the backing off and try to get the glue off. What a mess. So, my bad but not really what I wanted.
