Lovely pattern but a lot of trial and error. Wall paper is not supposed to overlap at all because the bricks are foam. Luckily, the edges line up perfectly. I started from the left side of the wallpaper after the straight edge. The pattern repeats every 5 to 7 rows so if you are going to line up the bricks - get ready to throw away a medium sized portion of wallpaper. Other than that... this is totally worth the price. Love it! It's a soft foamy texture that seems simple to clean. Easy to apply being pre pasted. Just get it wet and stick it on the wall. When it was wet the grout turned beige (like photos) but dried back to white. I actually liked it with beige grout but coulnt figure out how to paint it to look like that. Discovered by accident that oil made the paper look wet. So... I oiled it! Lol and it looks good and no problems between the oil and glue. However... it was really difficult to match the brick pattern so they lined up. I ended up having to cut alot of pieces and they seemed wasted. One roll did the job for my project with lots left over! ... show more

I’m so happy with this product! To say my building has imperfect walls is an understatement. I never in my 50 years hung wallpaper and after a little research and a few videos I was ready. I can’t say it’s perfect, but I can say my walls look amazing after this went up. I am going to paint it because I can see the seams and I think it will just look more polished. Pictures are before we got to painting it. The “grouting” in the photos faded back to white after the paper dried overnight. ... show more

Beautiful wallpaper. We used this in a historic building where we're setting up a business and it looks amazing. One thing to note is that the pattern repeats every 25 inches or so, so we ended up with quite a bit of waste. This is something to keep in mind as you're ordering the length you need. Once you get the pattern figured out, it's super easy to line up. We didn't bother with the paste on the back. We used separate wallpaper glue. ... show more

Nice texture. Depending on the size of your wall (mine are pretty standard at 8 feet) the paper has a long repeat pattern. So in order to make the pattern match I had to cut off about a foot on each roll and wasted a lot of paper.

We moved in an older home and the wall in our kitchen had lumps where there used to be upper caninets. I patched the rough spots the applied this wallpaper and then painted it to match the other walls. Worked great!!

Not as described. After I cut a few panels I realized these are like contact paper. When I ran my hand over it, the textured brick is quite flushed to the paper. Barely wet, and it tears. I ordered this same product (Brewster Beldin Brick) from a local store, and I order from Amazon this time to get it quickly. I thought since I was putting this current wallpaper in a different room, maybe I would be ok, but I’m just was so disappointed after applying one panel. I got out my remaining wallpaper from the previous purchase to compare, and my previous wallpaper from the local store is the exact company and exact specifications except the previous purchased wallpaper is 100% textured and exposed brick. You can feel the brick when you run your hand over it. It’s not flush like this purchase, and the paper is much much thicker. In the picture, the left product is from Amazon and the right is from my local store. Very disappointed in this product. Oh, the reason I gave two stars instead of one is because the color is white. I think if it is painted, the paint will soak right through to the wall. ... show more
