  • Easy to clean
Brew Rite Wrap Around Filters are so easy to use. There's a hole in center of filter. Line it up and put on bottom of basket. After adding coffee fold the filter over coffee grounds. When done percolating coffee, take filter out and put in trash. These filters are good as I don't get coffee grounds in my coffee. I bought these for my 12 cup percolator and they fit fine. Good value. Will buy again. ... show more

  • Does the job
This fits my coffee urn which I use every day. It’s not a glamorous product but it does the job that I need it to do.

  • Filters work well but with some downsides
I’ve been using disc filters in our Presto 12-cup percolator for the last couple years. The disc filters clarify the coffee (remove very fine particles) but it’s not unusual for coarse grains to get through. I observed grinds on the TOP of the basket, sitting on the slotted cover plate where the boiling water enters. A disc filter at the bottom of the basket is useless if the grains are coming through the top cover plate. The wrap-around filter solves the problem of escaping grinds very well. All the coffee is contained within the wrapped filter so it can’t get out the top. However it takes extra time to wrap the filter. If you want your coffee ASAP you may not have the patience to locate the four corner holes and slide them over the center post in the basket. Also these filters are more expensive than the disc filters. Five star filter performance with one star taken off for the hassle and the higher filter cost. ... show more

  • Fit my vintage percolator
Easy to use. I could find them in my supermarket, so I ordered these from Amazon and they came the next day. They do not let the coffee grounds into the coffee when perking. I’ve been using these for many years.

  • Unapologetic percolator coffee pot user.
I don't mind drip, K-cups, etc., but I grew up drinking pretty strong coffee. My dad fixed it the way he and his shipmates drank it while in the waters around Greenland and Canada during winter months in WWII. Hot and strong. These filters are impossible to find in stores nowadays, so I was VERY excited to find them available here. The pre-punched hole in the center slides over the stem in the center of the coffee "basket." (I do keep the surrounding liner loose to cut back on, if not prevent, tears.) Then I slide the filter down into the basket with the bottom covered and it coming up the sides. I cover the stem with my finger while adding the coffee to prevent it from going thru the stem and ending up in the final product. Each of the corners also has a pre-punched hole. Once the coffee is added, you just place each hole over the stem. Put the lid on the basket, then the lid onto the pot. Plug in and wait! ... show more
