This item is a mess. Leaked water everywhere out of the bottom, likely defective. Didn't produce a single drop of coffee. Comprised of cheaply made metal and plastic, cheaply made compartments that are sure to break after minimal use. No doubt would prefer a cheap Hamilton Beach that actually is capable of producing a cup of coffee for under six hundred dollars. ... show more

I really do love this little machine. It makes really good coffee and the sample box of pods that came with it are nice. My only complaint is that I was looking for something with more of a hands on feel. The machine does come with a steam wand and pitcher, however it's an automatic component to the machine. You can't steam milk if the steam wand is out and not straight down, there's a sensor that knows if the pitcher is in place or not. I'm an ex Starbucks barista and would rather be in control of how my milk is aerating and steaming... But that's just my personal preference. The machine is very user friendly and I am very happy with the quality of coffee it produces. ... show more
