I first purchased a Ceres Chiller upon returning to work post maternity leave, and it’s been an amazing product that I have used every day for 6 months. It keeps my expressed milk cold all day long and is spill proof. I love being able to pool my milk throughout the day and then easily prep all the bottles for the next day from the one container once I get home. Sometimes I don’t get to doing that until after kids’ bedtime, but the milk stays cold for so long, so it’s never been a problem! Just purchased a second one to have a bit more capacity for an overnight work trip and realized after placing my order that it wouldn’t arrive in time for my trip. I reached out to customer service on a holiday weekend and got a quick text back from Rachel who was able to get the product shipped out with expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive in time. Fantastic product!!! I love it because it’s so easy to pack, and keeps my milk really cold on the go. I haven’t tried pumping into the bottles yet. I just pump into my regular Spectra bottles when I’m at work, then dump into the inner bottle, and the bottle keeps my milk cold at work or wherever I’m on the go. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pumped in the car driving somewhere (ie date night lol), and have used this to keep my milk cold and safe the entire time. It’s so much smaller, more convenient, and more discrete than a cooler! Love it :) ... show more

This was perfect for storing breastmilk the week I came back from maternity leave and i had to go on a field trip (teacher here). Also was beneficial when pumping on a 14 hour road trip or keep milk good while getting ready for my sister's wedding and taking care of my baby without a fridge! And the customer service was amazing! My original order was lost somewhere along the way and would not make it in time for our field trip. The other moms at my work all swore by the Ceres Chill, so I added it to my baby registry. They were right! It's such a convenient way to transport breastmilk. I put ice in it, put it in my work bag, and take it to work. I keep a pump and bottles at the office. I pour my milk into my Ceres Chill at the end of the day, and my milk is still incredibly cold when I get home from work. It's also handy when we're traveling. I have not tried it as a bottle to feed my baby or a bottle to pump into. I have the Spectra pump, and I need to get some sort of other piece to connect everything. Still, this is wonderfully designed! And we'll be able to use it as a thermos when I'm done breastfeeding. The inside pieces can go in the dishwasher. The outside is handwash only. ... show more

I was one of those moms who never could understand why you would buy an $80 bottle until I had my baby and was SO inconvenienced by how to store my milk appropriately. Putting my milk in here for MOTN feeds, taking it on the go, it’s a huge peace of mind knowing my milk is at safe temps with the ceres chill. I would love to see a bigger inner chamber in the future because it is such a jump from 12 oz to 32 with milk, but right now I’m producing enough to have to use the bigger portion for milk. When that wasn’t the case and 12 oz was too small, it was kind of annoying to try to decide how to best store. Overall, it is extremely convenient and I’ve learned for us moms anything convenient or that can give us a mental checkmark off our list is a win! ... show more

I just bought mine and took to work to test it. Milk did get cold all day, but my first impression is that it only felt that practical and convenient when single pumping. When double pumping, I had to break the entire thing out and there were a lot of parts to handle, and then to dry/clean - plus the adapters for my spectra. At some point I forgot to put on one of the lids and it tilted and leaked a lot next time I opened (not while the other lid wad screwed shut, so cuddos there). I know I’ll get used to it and it will become a bit easier later, but so far I’ve felt pretty clumsy around it. Still worth it, though, for the 17+hs of my trip to come. ... show more

So many different ways to use this chiller. You can pump directly into the container. You can pour milk into either size chamber to safely collect milk all day without having to worry about messing around with storage bags in the middle of your workday.
