This is a very nice tie, packaged very well in a sturdy and attractive box, and it was delivered according to schedule. However, I ordered red (for a very specific need) and it is an orange tone, not appropriate for my needs. I expected primary (American) red, which this is not. It would have been an excellent value for the money if the color were correct, but now I'm probably out the money it cost, since it would cost me additional money to ship back. ... show more

Appears to be shipped straight from China but it arrived 3 weeks earlier than the anticipated delievery date given by Amazon. The workmanship looks good and the tie arrived well-packaged and in good condition, but its label says it's 100% microfiber, and it does look and feel like microfiber. It's being sold as silk. I'll probably keep it because it looks okay and it was cheap enough not to be worth returning, but I made the mistake of ordering several more in other colors before this one arrived. I know that a lot of inexpensive silk has come out of China, but maybe this price was just too good to be true. ... show more

I ordered a blue and a red tie from this company. The blue one was exactly as shown on the web site but the red one I ordered was not red at all. It was orange. I contacted the company and they asked me to send a photo. I sent a photo and had the orange tie up against one of my red shirts. It was clearly orange and the owner agreed. They sent me another tie but it was the same orange color as the first. So I sent another photo showing both orange ties against a whie shirt and another photo showing them against that same red shirt. The owner wrote back and claimed that the ties were actually red and it was a mistake on my part thinking they were orange. I took the ties to work and asked some of my co-workers what color they were not telling them I ordered red. They all said the ties were orange. I volunteered to send the ties back if the owner provided postage but they did not. So I have two orange ties that I don't want nor need. I did dispute my purchase and Amazon did credit my account for the amount of the tie. So Amazon does stand behind things. ... show more

Less than 4 bucks for a decent tie? It came in the mail sooner than I expected, looked good, wasn't wrinkled, and is dirt cheap with free shipping. It's no million dollar tie but it's just as good as all the 25 dollar ties I've been looking at all over. I love it.
