I really like this product it's a little complicated to put together but just follow directions and the proper order and you'll do fine. Took me about 25 minutes to put together. One tip for you is that when you put the corner pieces on put the bolts through but do not tighten them down until you get all four corners on then go back and tighten the corner bolts down that will allow you to get them through the holes easily, because when you tighten them down it brings everything together and there is no squeak at all no sound out of these box springs, which is what you want :-). Other have had issues with the lateral bars not being the correct size. My unit came with all the necessary parts in the correct size, so I wouldn't worry about getting one that doesn't work. It doesn't make noise, feels solid, and can be disassembled for moving. The included tools are enough to assemble the box-spring, but I found installation to go faster with some simple hand tools I had at home.
