I ordered this for my granddaughters birthday and this was the hit of the party. It is a huge bounce house and easily fit 5 kids at once. Please note you will need a larger space for this as it truly is a large bounce house. The stakes provided did keep the house secure even with all the kids bouncing. First, I would like to say this thing is huge. There is so much room for the kids to jump around. The setup is very easy. I sat back, and let my 7 year old do it. It feels very sturdy. The seams are stitched together nice and tight. It came as advertised Just a tip. When you take it down, the air doesn't come out as easily as you think it would. You have to work with it, and fold it bit by bit until all of the air is out. I am not going to deduct any stars for this, because it is still an awesome bounce house, but I wish there was a storage bag that came with it. The only thing included was the white skinny tie you see in the photo. Hopefully the photos do justice, and allows you to see how great of a product this is. The media could not be loaded. I liked that the bounce house came in a very thick strong box and the blow up machine came in its own box very well packed and protected. The size is basically two normal size bounce house together if you can picture that but I’ll say it’s a big size and was perfect for the Grand kids to have room to run and jump in and play basketball. We also played some volleyball as it comes with a Velcro Volleyball Net you attach in the middle of the bouncer. It literally took me less than 10 minutes by myself to unfold it and plug it in and it was blown up within a minute. It has a small slide and a netted entrance which I loved to keep the balls inside. It was the best Easter Bunny Surprise for my Grand Babies watching their faces light up and hearing them laughing and giggling and playing with yes the aunties and our 3 dogs jumped in too! I purchased this bouncy house in August for a Church fall festival this is being held tomorrow. I opened the box for the first time today to get it set up for the festival and much to my dismay, I could hear an air leak. It was holding up, but I could audibly hear air leaking out. after searching, I found that there was a defect in the stitching at the sea, the first picture is when it was inflated. You can see how big the gap was. I deflated the bouncy house, and you can clearly see this was not stitched at all in the area. I had to scramble to get a vendor to bring a industrial bounce house for my event tomorrow at an additional $225. I get it, things happen. This is a very nice size bounce house and would be perfectly happen with sending it back and getting a new one in return, but because I did not open or use it until now, they will not allow a return. Very disappointing. If a return and replacement was given, My review would be favorable . but considering i am now out over $600 in total and have nothing to show for it I would say- Stay away from this item. ... show more
