The 3 hole punch works exactly as I expected. It arrived on time & it's easy to use. It will punch through multiple pages at a time no problem. There is no mess, there is a rubber bottom that collects the little holes and also prevents the hole punch itself from slipping around. Pros: sleek and compact design, no holes on or around the hole punch storage for the punched dots to fall out Cons: hole punches my bottom hole further into the paper than the top hole and I've tried adjusting the paper position to make it more even, but the metal guides are just not aligned well. First 30 or so holes punched will have greasy edges from the residual grease on the hole cutter blade. ... show more

It’s not fancy looking but does the job. My only agony with it is that I have to get creative about lining up sheets if I want to punch more than it’s capacity (about 11-12 sheets at regular letter paper thickness) at the same location. It comes with a little plastic bit that you can use to lock it; which I guess is of no use for me as the punch just sits at my desk or shelf and I don’t have curious or meddling toddlers around.
