I really wanted to love this bag ... and it's soooo close. My complaint - if your purse is light (I carry a wallet, phone, keys), the purse will flip upside down when you lift it by the strap. If I neglect to close the purse, it will dump on the floor. I don't want to have to adjust my bag every time I lift my purse from the back of a chair or the floor. And I don't want to add weight just to fix the problem. I do love the strap. It's thick, durable, feels good on my shoulder. And because it's adjustable, it can be made into a cross body.
