LOVE this bag. Shoulder straps are thick enough to not cut into you, that being said they are thick and can be uncomfortable at time but overall not bad. I personally got annoyed with the middle pouch after a couple weeks and opted to cut it out, id reach for something and panic bc I couldn’t find it and it would end up being tucked under that extra fabric. Still love this bag. Haven’t had a shoulder bag in years just backpacks and this is treating me very well ... show more
