This is a nice melter if you only have a couple people but if you have a group it’s too small to melt enough cheese at one time for multiple people. It works well though and was easy to clean.

This thing is so much fun and was a great hit with everyone we had over. My sister brought a variety of meats and cheeses for appetizers and when I brought out the partyclette things went from good to great. Probably the best cheese to melt was a swiss which I eventually paired with a slice of Soppressata which I poured over a thin sliced baguette. The first time I tried it we used an aged gouda which we poured over seasoned croutons (all I could find) which also turned out to be amazing. And while it seemed to take a bit to melt with so many people around, it really wasn't long and any faster and we would have just gorged ourselves and not eaten dinner. ... show more

Thought this was a little hokey, when I opened it, but it is great! Works so well and easily. Great for a little snack, or works well, basically unattended, at a cocktail party! Cleans up very easily, I love it. Lots of my friends will be getting it for Christmas this year!

I love this little cheese melter! I got the Oak version and it was such a hit at the office. I gave one as a gift and it was well received. It even comes with the candles so just have your cheeses ready!

This Raclette grill worked absolutely perfectly and as described using three tea lights (which are included). I purchased Raclette cheese block from my local cheese maker and sliced thin. Melted in less than ten minutes. I would recommend.
