  • Chatter worse than any blades I've ever had
Bosch MicroEdge Wiper Blades - These are the most horrible wipers I've ever had on my Toyota. They jitter, chatter, under every condition of rain, heavy rain or light rain. Chattered brand new, still chattered after weeks of use. Finally replaced them with Rain-X Latitude wipers which are wonderfully smooth running and wipe well. Comparing the 2, the difference in the rubber compound is obvious. The Rain-X rubber is very slippery, so naturally it runs smoothly across the glass. The Bosch rubber is not slippery at all. No wonder it stick-slips and jumps off the glass. The Latitudes cost a few bucks more but they are infinitely better. ... show more

  • Fits my 1991 Camry LE V6 Don't lose the screws
It's getting harder to find parts for my old 1991 Camry LE, but these fit and they do a nice job of clearing the windshield. The instructions on the package are both difficult to read and worthless as a guide for installing the new ones. I need a job doing this because it apparently doesn't take any knowledge or skill. My Camry has the straight, flat wiper arms, not the U shape on the end that many cars have, so I had to use the adapter. My old blades had 2 screws to connect an adapter to the wiper arm. These new blades don't come with new ones, so don't lose or strip the old ones. The adapter slides onto the wiper arm and then the original screws hold it down. Slide the included stainless post through the new wiper then through the adapter until it clicks. There's a small push tab on the adapter that makes it easier for the post to go into the adapter. ... show more

  • Bosch, The Only Wiper Blade Brand I Will Buy
The MicroEdge wipers from Bosch are an excellent choice of wipers, especially if you do not see the benefit of spending the extra money for higher end versions. I have used Bosch wipers for years and is my preferred brand unless they do not make one for my vehicles (which is rare). These wipers hug the contour of your windshield so that they manage to maintain an even amount of pressure across the entire area of coverage which results in excellent wiping action and removal of almost all liquid on the glass surface. Add to that, the durability of Bosch blades compared to other brands. Having lived in several different states (CA, WA & AZ) with various environmental conditions that can destroy rubber compounds, I have found that Bosch blades can last well over a year (at which time I always replace my blades) whereas others brands I have used start to peel or come apart or the mental bodies lose tension and no longer offer a solid seal against the glass. Yes, there are cheaper brands of wiper blades out there, but as the old adage goes .... you get what you pay for ...... and I would prefer not to risk my safety to cheap wipers (that would likely fail) during a heavy rain or dust storm. For those who complain about noise ...... stop running your wipers on dry glass!! Without some form of lubrication, wipers are going to make noise. Yes, there are many that do not and that is because they are either cheaply made (not providing sufficient pressure against the glass) or they have some type of coating (such as silicon) that will wear off or dry out over a short time period. Bosch does not rely on add on gimmicks such as these to make their blades perform well, rather they rely on quality construction and materials. Over the past 20 years, I have used Bosch wipers on various models of cars including BMW, Land Rover, Toyota, Ford and VW. If you have an older vehicle that has issues with wipers not working well, check the wiper arms on your car, they may have reached the end of their lifespan thus the issues you are experiencing may not be the fault of the wiper blades. ... show more

  • SQUEEKY
I have been buying the Bosch blades because they are not loud but these microblades, actually purchased by accident, are so loud and annoying. They also don't have the same clips as the others and I thought it was on and it came off going down the road. Luckily I was not far from home and got back without dying but getting it on the pouring rain was no fun. They might last but not for me because I can't take the squeek and I've got to bite the bullet and buy some more. Grrrr.... ... show more

  • Self install and a good product that really cleans water from thr window n
Watched some installation videos. There were several options and parts exclusive to each option. Once I figured out the right option for my car, I still had to look at the parts for a while to figure out how to install, but once I did, the wipers have worked very well. These were so,e of the best rated wipers I could find online so I was pleased they seem to be as good as advertised. I’ll keep an eye on them because thenArizona sun tends to be hard on wipers. ... show more

  • Was about 1/2" too long
Had to take the rubber insert out and install it the other direction to keep the end of the wiper from overlapping the top of the windshield. End of rubber was 1/2" longer than it should have been.

  • Won't buy anything else.
Live in the high desert north of LA, dirt sand rain, doesn't matter works better than anything else in the world ( that we have used ). With the daily extremes we experience, 100+ degrees during the day & near freezing at night, the wiper blades are a godsend. Buy with confidence.
