The vanilla Chai flavor tastes pretty good, but the powder doesn't dissolve very well. Even with 12 oz almond milk (package says use 8oz) and vigorous shaking in a blender bottle, there's still quite a large chunk stuck in the bottom. Otherwise it's good. I also tried it mixed with coffee which tasted very good like a latte. I haven't noticed any increase in milk supply though. I bought these in hopes if bringing my "just enough" production up. The sample box is only 10 packets though, so maybe it's supposed to take longer than 10 days to see a difference? Overall I think it tastes good and keeps you full for a while but it's kind of expensive for what it is. Can get a large jar of protein shake from Costco foe the same price as these 10 packets. ... show more

The flavor isn’t the greatest. Smells like literal vomit but I got past that. It didn’t do much for my milk supply and people swear by it. Everyone is different. Didn’t work for me. Might try a different flavor if I’m desperate.

As a first time mom, I have been searching for something that would benefit both my son and I. Reading through so many reviews, this is what I landed on to buy & I’m SO glad I did. As I sit here drinking it for the first time, I LOVE IT. I blended it with 2 frozen bananas, whole milk, and a few chocolate chips for 5 minutes. It’s not grainy at all and it tastes amazing! I’ve hated every protein powder I’ve tried until this one. The vanilla cookie tastes great! There’s still a tiny bit of a powdery texture that I don’t love, but the flavor makes up for it.

I mixed mine with coconut milk and it was okay, didn't break down as much as it should have but the flavor wasn't as bad as people claimed it was. I mean if you do it in just water I'm sure it's not the best. I did vanilla chai. It helped my supply during my time of the month and made my milk fattier. My kiddo is 6 months so I just wanted to make sure it didn't disappear. A little expensive for my liking but hey I'm impressed it's dairy free and such. The package it came in wasn't great either. It looked like someone opened it and changed their minds lol. But overall if my supply took a dip I would get these but otherwise no. Also being fenugreek free is amazing! Ladies with pcos or insulin resistance sometimes fenugreek does the opposite so this was a winner for me. ... show more

It is very tasty, i can read in older reviews about chunks cus the shake it… just use the blender 😑! I put nuts, coconut milk and bananas it is delicious! great for breakfast. I recommend it! love this brand 🙌🏽
