I purchased this to help with my milk production and with in 1 day of drinking it I went from pumping maybe 1-2 ounces in 3 sessions to 8-9 ounces! Which is a huge improvement for me. I'm not a huge fan of the flavor with the pineapple being in the fruit punch but worth it for the results.

The flavor is fantastic and he does very well keeping me hydrated. My only issue is that 2 weeks ago I bought this for $11 now it is $20 I really don’t understand why the price jumped up so quickly. Now unfortunately I will no longer be buying them.

I ordered 4 cases of these drinks. Two Strawberry Banana, and 2 Fruit Punch. A few months ago I ordered 2 cases of the fruit punch; I loved them so much I ordered more. I honestly did not think they would help increase my breastmilk supply. I drink them to help keep my electrolytes balanced. I live on an island in Japan (military family) and it gets HOT here. I drink 1-2 gallons of water a day, depending on how active I am and how much I sweat too. My son is 3 months old. I went from producing 2-3 ounces of breastmilk total per session, to 5-6 ounces per session!! I drank 4 of these in one day and I produced 42 ounces of milk that day!!! That was only 5 sessions and I usually pump 6-7 times per day if I’m not too busy. They don’t make me nauseous like other electrolyte drinks. I wish they weren’t so expensive, that is the only downside. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Banana, but I really like the Fruit Punch too. I may end up ordering more flavors to try. I was never able to produce enough breastmilk with my other two children, and didn’t make it even 2 months breastfeeding them. Now I produce enough to put some aside for a freezer stash! I love the taste of them. Maybe eventually they can make sugar-free and low carb versions. I totally recommend these over any other Sports drinks. ... show more

This Bodyarmor sports drink has been so helpful with my SLE (Lupus), Sjogrens and Crohn's/UC. There are some days when I'm barely able to move, yet alone eat. Of course, my body gets even weaker when I don't eat. This stuff is amazing. Even on days when I'm unable to hold down solids and nothing sounds good, THIS always tastes and feels good (and stays down). Plus, it gets rid of/prevents those pains caused from lactic acid depletion thanks to the potassium and electrolytes. I truly like and have tried all of the flavors, but the strawberry banana is my favorite. I actually bought the flavor on accident once a while back and thought I'd hate it (I usually don't like anything banana flavored). But it is soooo good! On hot days, or days when I really feel bad and especially can't eat, or just when I want a little sweet 'snack', I put a bottle in the freezer for about 2 hours so it gets just a little frozen (not solid). Then I take it out and shake it up really good. It turns into the perfect slushy drink, and little flavored icy crystals come out when you drink it. Also, for anyone else with Sjogrens, this drink is great for the terrible dry mouth (and I've found the hydration seems to lasts for about 3-4 hours). The price is unbeatable. Our local stores sell it for 50% more. And I can't emphasize how grateful I am with the speed of delivery (I always seem to get it a day early- and that is a BIG deal to me, as I've come to rely on this stuff. Plus during this time where I'm unable to leave the house due to being high risk during this pandemic, it is especially nice being able to have it delivered). And it has always been delivered safely, bottles wrapped securely in their 12 pack case as they would in the store, packaged tightly in a recyclable cardboard box. Thank you to the people working for us now- who pulled my order, packaged it, shipped it, and delivered it during this time. You all are wonderful! ... show more

I drank Body Armor on occasion before. Then I got pregnant and learned that it's recommended by lactation specialists to increase your milk supply. One of these per day actually does what it would take 5 bottles of water to do when it comes to hydration. The coconut water in it is super hydrating, plus all the vitamins added help as well. Less sugar than Gatorade and more "good stuff". Highly recommended for pregnant and nursing moms, athletes of any age, and anyone who is dehydrated from an illness. ... show more

I don't what it is about this stuff that boost the amount of milk that I produce, but I'm totally here for it!!! It's crazy, because this works better for me than the Mother's milk tea. I'm not a fan of all the flavors. I despise the Strawberry banana flavor, yuck. I like the orange mango and tropical punch flavors. But I'm going to keep drinking these to help with milk production... if anything changes I'll keep you posted. ... show more
