Good product but phishing apparent

Product us good. God quality. Minimal shedding. But I was left with the impression that I was dealing with shady people. I feel I was phished and I want others to not go through that experience. If you are contacting a customer under false pretense, you certainly lose your credibility.

However the manufacturer contacted me saying I had won some in-store promotion and that they would be sending me another hair extension. Following that, they had asked me for my contact info and address inorder to send me the same. They then went incognito and haven't responded. Am not sure if it was a scam or some such but pls be extra careful gus. One can never be too careful! I am happy with the product. I made an attempt to dye the hair black but I’m not sure if the color took being I didn’t really let the dye sit long . I was able to get about 3 weeks or so wear out of the hair an
d took it out after . It takes to heat well just be mindful what products you are using . I also washed the hair and it tangled but I managed to get it back to it’s form . I gave it 3 stars ⭐️ due to the washing process Ans limited product use but over all I would buy again and be more careful. This is definitely a go to vendor for quick styles .
