Received box damaged. Opened up and control unit was broken on bottom, we set up hoping it would still work however the heating element does not heat up. The unit is too big to box back up and I have gotten no response on how to resolve the issue

Instructions are not very clear. Bubbles are not very strong and filter system is minimal. Basically you get what you pay for.

Didn't even get it set up before we found a manufacturing hole in the side by handle. Now I'm trying to find a box big enough to return it since the box it came in was damaged just trying to get it out. Wasted time and money
