After being sent 2 different computers, multiple attempts following the directions and a lot of wasted time... neither of them worked. I did everything the directions stated and even factory reset both them I get the error messages listed above.

Love that it’s Easy to set up. Doesn’t take up space like a normal desktop. Hooks right up to my tv with hdmi or any computer monitor, and can hook up a Bluetooth keyboard,mouse to it. Easy to carry for on the go or for trips.
