I first got this product at work, it was a keyboard for an analytical lab device. It worked so well that I ordered one for myself for personal use. The foldable keyboard is very small, so it doesn't take up any space in my already full bag. Since it has a trackpad and mouse buttons, I can leave my mouse at home. The keyboard has a nice flip mechanism to fold it and is sturdy. It even has tiny foldable rubber stands at the edges, so it lies flat and doesn't move when typing. The keys feel nice to the touch. There are 3 buttons to swap between different bluetooth channels, which works flawlessly. Also pairing the device is easy. I use this for my phone and tablet (and sometimes laptop in docking station) and it works really well. Would definitely recommend this. 5/5 ... show more

    • Great Portable Keyboard that is easy to switch between devices.

I bought this primarily to use with an iPad, it is great for that. I am running iPadOS 13.4 on my iPad and the touch pad even works, mostly. Some multi-touch is supported, but other actions don't work. For example two finger swiping sort of works on the home screen to change pages and scrolling pages, but the touch pad is small compared to the screen so it works better for this if you turn up the scrolling speed of the Pointer Control in accessibility settings. In photos you can't pinch out to zoom in on a photo, but you can pinch in to go back to the photo collection. Three finger swipe up doesn't work to go home, but Command+H does. The point of adding a keyboard is to provide additional features and everything this provides is still a plus, nothing is taken away some the standard interface. Well, unless you count the elimination of a huge virtual keyboard blocking half of the screen when the keyboard is in use. Click and drag works for selecting text, but you have to hold down the left mouse button to drag. None of this is a deal-breaker for me, I am happy the touchpad works at all since it certainly wasn't designed for an iPad. I have found no way to turn off the tap-to-click touchpad feature if that matters to you. The USB port on the keyboard is for charging only, you can't use it as a connected USB keyboard by plugging it in. It connects as a keyboard only via bluetooth. I have also tried it with my iPhone and for that the keyboard works well. The touchpad doesn't work on an iPhone at all, but that is because iOS doesn't support it. I have had no issues with battery life. I haven't done extensive testing but my experience so far leads me to believe their estimates are reasonable. I think the "power switch" helps a lot with this. When you open the keyboard it powers up, close it to turn it off. Very simple and very natural. I also thought I might use this as a controller for a home theater. For this application the devices I might want to use a keyboard with are in a closet and this keyboard doesn't have the range needed. This could be to conserve power as it does have better range if it is plugged in to a power source, but that makes it less portable. I picked this keyboard over some slightly cheaper ones because the key arrangement is more "normal"". Others I looked at had the "C" key directly under the "F" key and while I am not super-fast on a keyboard I expected this would bother me. On this keyboard the keys near the hinge fold in a way that allows it to maintain a more normal arrangement of the alphabetic keys, though some punctuation keys have been moved to keep the keyboard small. Compact, portable, easy to switch between devices and the trackpad works even better than I expected with an iPad - I'm very happy to have this in my bag. ... show more

Positive: Build quality, connectivity, functionality. Negative: Too easy to hit the Bluetooth pairing keys unintentionally. Standard on comparable devices is to put Bluetooth and pole functions on key combinations so they are not accidentally pressed. This is very disruptive to all of my use cases, but may be desirable to a certain niche. Purchased for: taking notes, using computer when hooked up to projector or tv. Useful device but not best suited to those tasks. The device itself is as perfect in build and function as you would want, but make sure that this variety is the one you want. The touchpad in this model and others is a feature I wanted, but after use I have realized its limitations: in a cafe or at a desk, using the mouse/touchscreen is more practical. For typing notes, keyboard shortcuts eliminate the need for even that. The small layout is expected among all keyboards of the size foldable or otherwise, and it performed admirably and was sturdy. The folding function was well constructed, and the keyboard felt solid if small for me (can comfortably hold in iPhone max in one hand). It will register across multiple Bluetooth bands, resulting in a warning on some operating systems, including iOS, as it is pairing both a keyboard and mouse. In a technical or workshop, or smart tv/tv connected computer scenario where that consolidation is useful so is this device. ... show more

    • A very helpful portable wireless keyboard for smart phones and tablets

This foldable key board and phone stand have been great for me. My hands have developed a tremor that makes using the small virtual keys on the iPhone more difficult. The tremor is slight so I am able to still type well. This keyboard makes typing things on the iPhone just a lot faster for me, even without a tremor. The keyboard has three blue tooth connections so I am abile to pair it with three devices without having to go through the pairing process each time I swap devices. The typing is pretty good, though not perfect. But I didn't expect to match my computer keyboard anyway. The layout seems to be well thought out and I like the touch pad on it. When folded up its a very sturdy feeling small aluminum little slab that I don't expect to break if I drop it. I put 2 stars on the gaming rating because it's clearly not a gaming keyboard.
