The media could not be loaded. I ordered a ZUKUMU headset, it is incredible. Even without Prime, its delivery time was very fast. The product packing was great, and the headset also came with a lifetime warranty you will need to register, which supports any type of damaged, defective, or lost product. I think that’s a steal right there. The device fits so well on my ears, is weightless, and it is very nice to swap the device from one ear to another. Noise cancellation is one of the most wanted and favorite things about the headset, it does actually reduce and cancel a lot of the background noise and for the other person to hear you very perfectly. It comes with a great cover case where you can put it in the case to charge or without opening you can charge the headset as well. One of the great features that I love about it is that it has a turn-on and off button, where you receive the call and hang up the call with this button. It is nothing like another sensitive headset where the call hangs up as soon as you slightly touch the earpiece. It automatically connects to your phone as soon as you take it out of your phone or as soon as you wear it. I like how you can swap the device with each ear. This is great. After the second headset I'm very pleased! The first bluetooth headset arrived without the case charging display working. I contacted the company and right away they began working on my issue. Within a week I had a fully functioning replacement. This company stands behind what they sell! As for the call quality, it is impressive! I have owned other much more expensive headsets and this one performs as well as them if not better. Even while in a very loud tractor trailer (so loud I wear earplugs) this headset delivers crystal clear calls and my voice is not muffled at all. I have had other headsets that were supposed to be noise cancelling and the call quality was terrible! This one sets the standard very high! I tested both headsets and they both had the same great call quality.     • Works great but caution if you wear glasses.
Had this earpiece for over a year and it works great. Connects easily to my Samsung phone and the sound quality is very good. The only issue I have is that is does not fit snugly into my ear. I believe this is because I have small ears and I wear glasses. I still use it and it's perfect under my motorcycle helmet. When worn normally it sort of hangs loosely just off my ear. Otherwise I think this product is very good. It is light and comfortable, does not cause any ear strain when worn for a long period of time. Works either on the right or left. Much nicer than expected. Comfortable, clear sound, loud, long battery life. Way better than expected. UPDATE - After a month the LED lights on the charger base have stopped working. Still charges and works great. No big deal.
