Lots of people tell me they are having a hard time hearing me. I often ask if I “sound muffled or far away” they reply with you sound garbled or choppy. I’ve noticed this happens more after a few hours into my shift. I am sure to keep it highly charged but it does not seem to make a difference. I am about a little over a month in and I am regretting purchasing those set. It is comfortable and lightweight. But not if it is interfering with my overall call quality and making me repeat myself over and over. ... show more

Pros: Price, outgoing & incoming sound clarity, long battery life, ease of setup, simultaneous connection to PC and iPhone and easy switch to incoming calls Cons: I'm not too crazy about over-the-ear silicon earpiece Bottom line: Every ear shape is different, but if you're looking for reliable Bluetooth set, this is it. UPDATE: I ended up ordering an in-ear plug here on Amazon (below link). It works perfect for this headset.     • The first one lasted me almost a year. The second only 2 months.
I really love the call quality of this earpiece, it's VERY good. However, after the first one lasting me almost a year before it broke at the swivel point, this one only lasted 2 months before breaking at the swivel point. If you're extremely easy on a headset, this might be a good option for you, but I drive 2 hours every day and it's swivel point is it's weak point. Again, the sound of this for the money is astounding, and it connects and stays connected very well. I just wish it were made a little heavier duty than it is. ... show more

I tried a different variety of these headsets but this one by far is the most comfortable and versatile. I like that there are 2 charging base on the base, one inside the case and one outside. I use the one outside the most because I don't have to fold my headset every time I charge and unfold it again to use it. I wanted to like this item. I liked that it was interchangeable from left to right and that the case kept it easily contained. I also thought it was more comfortable to wear than the one I replaced. However, my biggest issue was that while I could hear people clearly, they could not hear me, and after several calls where they have asked me to repeat myself that has really dampened my enthusiasm to use them.
