This headset has worked great for me, so far. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed initially that the earpiece did not totally enclose my ear; it sets on the ear. I thought this would be uncomfortable, but it was not. The earpiece cushion was very soft and did not result in any discomfort, even after hours of wearing it. The headset works great on my head even when wearing a ball cap...the adjustability great, and I have no complaints. The sound coming through the speaker seems to be very good, and when talking to other people on the phone, they can hear me loud and clear. I had an expensive Jabra headset that I bought a few years ago. Recently it died, so I went looking for a replacement. This was one of the contenders I tried, but ultimately, I ended up sending it back. Sound quality was very good. It was easy to get set up. It was comfortable to wear, and it had easy to operate controls. I like that it includes a mute button since my old one didn't have that. I used it exclusively with Microsoft Teams from a desktop computer. But there were two minor issues which ultimately led me to giving the nod to the other contender I tried. First is that while it was comfortable to wear, it wasn't terribly secure on my head. If I bent over to pick something up it would start to slide off my head. I had the same problem with the Jabra and it was really the thing that annoyed me the most about it. The one I am keeping seems to stay put a little better. The other problem, which I am sure would have eventually caused me grief was that it turns itself off when plugged in for charging. Usually, I am pretty good about keeping my headsets charged, however there have been times in the past where I realized right before a meeting was starting that the headset was dead (mostly because the Jabra had terrible battery life). The Jabra, and the other new one I decided to keep both allow you to still use them while plugged in. This one does not. When it's dead, you're out of luck until it charges. So, if those aren't deal breakers for you, it does seem to be a nice headset for the price. Really had it not been for the charging thing, I probably would have chosen to keep this one. I like the ease of pairing to my bluetooth devices and battery life background noise reduction but I wish that it would announce the name of the callers and the headset had a snug fit so as not to move around as much like when you are working on your lawn but otherwise a good product.

After a few months of buying this headset, this is better than the name brands! I thought about buying the name brands when I first started looking for this type of headphones. My workplace has a hands-free phone policy and will reimburse the cost of these headphones. I have walked outside more than 50 feet away and it still works. I can have my windows down with the wind blowing with the radio playing and still hear people on the other end. The battery life on these are really good. I can get a few days on a full charge. With these being Bluetooth, I can hook this headset up to my phone, tablet, and my TV with no problem. Product Update 11/22/2023 : I've had this headset not nearly 3 months now. The headset snapped in half at the headband part from general use. So when you place the headset on your head, the headband will bend slightly to fit over the ears and a good placement over the head. Overtime it has started a crease on the plastic itself and tonight it finally snapped leaving the wires exposed and showing the insides of the headband. After this short period of time I would not recommend this product. ... show more

This works great, has a long battery life and noise cancelling works great. I have a rather noisy vehicle and it's never a problem having a conversation on the phone. People on the other end don't even know I'm driving usually. Only minus it that it's not got super fidelity for music, etc., but for the price it beats out much more expensive headsets I've used. For phone use and listening to audiobooks, it's great. Actually not bad for music, etc., but not top flight as a music experience. It's also held up really well despite a lot of use. That's why I give it full marks overall, despite that one drawback of not being the best audio. ... show more
