I absolutely love this chair. I love the way it looks, feels, rolls, you name it. Took a while to put together, maybe like an hour or two. Had a panic attack when they didn’t send screws only to find out they are already in the chair. I wouldn’t call this a “massage” chair though. The back cushion vibrates via USB connection but it’s nothing special. Bought a similar foot massager from target for $3. Not the best quality “massage” but can be nice sometimes. My previous gaming chair’ cushion is very sick and doesn’t have a foot cushion , which is very uncomfortable for long sitting. Hence I need to look for a new one. I searched on Amazon and compared multiple gaming chairs and finally I chose this one. The instruction shows every step straightly to assemble it. BTW, it is quite a pleasing experience for assembling itself. Then it was so comfortable to get seated and I can even put my foot onto the second cushion. Absolutely incredible! What’s more, the two impressive features are the arm rests and the wired back massager. Arm rests are adjustable both vertically and horizontally. It's better than the cheap $100 chairs on here. It's not real comfortable. I immediately bought a purple seat pad because the seat barely padded. The chair has a bit of wobble in the post. You can feel it clunk back and forth just a little. I think it'll hold up for about a year than I'll be replacing it again. I use it about 2 hours 4 days a week. It looks nice. This chair was very easy to assemble compared to other gaming chairs I've set up and it feels a lot stronger than other chairs as well. I cannot rate this chair high because it's just like every other gaming chair on the market. The side guards for the back adjustments do not stay on and are usually dangling on the chair. The "massage pillow" is just a vibrator. The pillow does stay in place as in it doesn't go to the back of the chair over time. The chair is spot on for my needs. Because I often play console game on my desk, it is really good to have the feet pad to let me lay back and use controller. The customization of the chair is also great for gaming in general. Overall, great shopping experience!

Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been working off my couch with my laptop. Decided it was finally time to get a real desk and chair. I’m a gamer, but I’m not actually using this chair for gaming; I’m using it for my 8-hour desk job. I bought it because how big the seat is. I like to sit on my feet so this gives me that extra room. It looks super cool. The material is nice. Lumbar support pillow is actually very comfortable. Kickstand and massage pillow are a huge plus. It’s not like sitting on a cloud, but my butt doesn’t hurt at the end of the day, so that’s a plus! My boyfriend put it together in a little under an hour. Wasn’t too complicated. But my favorite feature?? The wheels don’t scratch my nice hardwood floor!!!! I’m happy. ... show more
