This vase was as I expected, with the top of the handle at the top of the neck. It is in the shades of blue shown in the vendor photos, mostly the darker color, and mine does not have any shades of brown in it. I looked a long time to find the right vase for artificial greenery in my entryway, and this has been just perfect. It's stable and came with little cushions on the bottom to protect the table. Good quality vase, it's got a good weight to it. Not plastic. the design and color will go with any decore style. The macrome was also included and was a nice touch, it made the brown tones in the vase pop.
