Beautiful rug! If your looking for a thick shaggy rug this is not it. It is thin but has a soft (no pile) chenille quality to it. I needed something easy to clean and vacuum ( dogs and grandbabes) this fits the bill. The colors are black, tan, brown, rust with just a few dots of very light pink. The back is non slip grippy dots. For $199 it's half the price of other brands washable rugs in this size (8x10). I'm very happy with my purchase. This rug was exactly what I was looking for. Good quality (made in Turkey) and very attractive. At 25 pounds for the 8x10' (actually 7.8 x 10') it had some heft which I prefer over the thin, printed rugs. It feels like a real rug, not soft, more like wool but is polyester. Cotton backing per the description, important as it was going over lino flooring and rubber will discolor. Colors are as shown... inky black, greys, brown, beige, all with a faded, vintage look. Thin and best over carpet pad so it doesn't move around. Very easy to vacuum and doesn't show dirt which is great for pets and tracking. Nice! ... show more

    • I love this rug. It’s beautiful. Exceeds expectations.
It laid flat right away. Colors are rich. No blips - loose threads or missed stitches. It is thin, but I expected that. The texture is a bit rough, but that does not detract from it’s beauty and I am glad I ordered it for my entryway. I would definitely buy it again.

This is a really pretty rug. I love the pattern and quality for entry way. The only thing that would make it better is a non slip backing but in a low traffic area this is not an issue. I ordered matching runner and an also pleased with that.

I bought 3 rugs in the black/ivory. Two runners 2.5' x 7' and one 5'x7'. The runners are perfect for under my door & table. They are not too high so the door opens & closes (even with a Gorilla padding). The 5x7' is for my husbands outdoor scooter which he parks inside. it will absorb water & dirt from outside and is washable (which I have not done yet).
