Great for stationary mounting outdoors though I suggest only use the cases for mobile/vehicle mounting and use something like a minirig mount into the case.

    • Sturdy and easy to set up
I bought similar 3rd party mounts for my first two Blink Outdoor 4's. Those other mounts had you keep the Blink's regular back cover off, which made the overall case thinner, but I don't feel great about that being outside. I don't feel too comfortable mounting any of these mounts anywhere other than under at least limited coverage. But at least with these, I feel comfortable that the Blink's standard seal will help keep them safe from most of the elements. ... show more

Blink Outdoor Gen 4 Camera Mount 5-Pack from Kidjoyo Store is a great accessory to have for all Blink Generation 4 Camera owners. The mounts in this 5-pack are very easy to install and they actually allow for more rotation & tilt than the original mounts. The housing for the camera has a visor over the top side to help keep rain off the lens to provide a clear picture during inclement weather. The camera is easy to install into the housing unit and fits perfectly! This set up also comes with an outlet mount for your Blink Sync Module 2. I love these mounts for the Sync Module 2 as it allows the Blink Sync Module 2 to be housed against the wall directly above or below the electrical outlet the module is plugged into. Whether it is above or below the outlet depends on whether you plug it in to the top or bottom electrical outlet.     • Terrible Battery Life: One Week and Needs Replacement?
I installed several Blink Outdoor 4 Cameras, a Blink Video Doorbell, and a Blink Sync Module 2 a little more than a week ago. Initially, I was impressed, save for the fit of the video doorbell with the mount: no matter what I tried I just could not get a firm fit between the two. There's too much "play". Installation of the cameras was more straightforward. What we are seeing, however, is unacceptable given the claims of battery life of up to two years. In just a bit more than a week the batteries are reported to have fallen to 20%. From 100% to 20%, no reading in between, on one of the cameras and the video doorbell. Same settings, same Network Strength (very good), same connection to Sync Module (four bars), same outdoor environment. UPDATE: After removing the batteries and replacing with fresh batteries, I ran checks on the four batteries removed from the two Blink devices. ALL four showed results consistent with being new batteries. I found a page that showed the batteries plummeted in a single moment from 100% to 20%, no explanation. So why was Blink telling me they were low? As of this review Support has still not returned a suggestion as to the cause. ... show more

These fit Blink 4 easily. They pop into place so someone could steal the camera but they provide a lot more protection than the mount that comes with the camera. They install easily. The hub mount attaches by just plugging into an outlet so there really no installation needed for it. Overall I’m happy with these. ... show more

These Blink Gen4 outdoor camera covers and wall mounts are good quality and durable since they are made with ABS materials to withstand extreme weather conditions. They have an overhang on the top of the cover to help keep rain off the camera lens for continuous clear video coverage in adverse weather. The cameras fit securely in the covers and are easy to install or remove when needing a battery change. There is a front cover plate that secures the camera inside the cover, however it is quite thin so care will be needed when handling that piece of the product. The back of the case has a removable silicone plug which is where the USB port is located. There is also a vented opening on the side of the case for where the camera speaker is located. The wall mount bracket is very sturdy and ie easy to install with the included thick screws and plastic anchors. These wall mounts provide much more angle coverage when needed versus the original mounts included with the cameras which is great for when you want video coverage down the entire length of a house or building. Based upon the quality and features of this product I recommend it to other Blink Gen4 outdoor camera owners for the ultimate protection of your camera investment. ... show more
