White was a great option so had to get it for easy to see and it matched her car so she would have no problem putting it in there. The product seems to be capable of breaking tempered automotive glass and the seller does state that in their write up. I returned the product after receiving and reading the packaging which states that the breaker is not to be used on laminated auto glass. It would have helpful if that statement was prominently stated in the online advertisement. The product appeared to be well made and I would have been willing to keep it if it met my needs.
