The power is really good for the arms. On only half power it was working my arms like crazy. On the abs, I had it at max level and barely felt anything. Unfortunately the pads don't stick too well but that can be fixed using an ace bandage. It really should be a full wrap around with more power for the abs. ... show more

Been using this thing a couple hours each day while at work (desk job) and it has really tightened up my tummy. Wife has even mentioned she can tell a difference. Just be careful while its on adjusting to your body - make sure its OFF 1st. Comes with added bonus of extra pads, btw, quite a nice surprise. Oh, and you can charge all 3 electric units at the same time, because it comes with a unique 3-way USB charger. Very durable product and it really works. I have been enjoying using the system but realized today, the snap from the TENS unit was stuck on the pad. You can’t snap or screw it back together. I need to know how and where to get just one of the units pictured, please.

    • Instructions are terrible
Once I got it on it feels like it's doing some work. But the problem is the instructions don't tell you how to put on the gel pads properly so after I messed up one or two I figured it out that there's a sticky part on both sides you got to take off one of the plastic protectors then put the gel pad on the unit and then take the other plastic part off and gel pad stays in place. And it doesn't make great contact unless you kind of hold it. But I could definitely feel it working and on other reviews says that your abs do get sore and probably your biceps too so it's got to be doing something. ... show more
