I like the positioning of the seat when using this post. Fits perfectly on my State Klunker with Brooks C19 mounted to it. Saw some complaints about bending of the post by others but so far mine seems fine and I go over 200lbs. Hope it stays that way.

This is a sturdy pipe. I had to hammer it in, but it took the beating. It IS very durable. I think the users who complain it's not strong enough must be misusing it. Period -- no reason to explain further. Because it fit so tight, I'd recommend a coating of oil on the pipe before you start banging it into place Because of the length, I had to bury it half way into the tube. I'm over 6 feet and over 200# and the last thing I need is a flimsy seat. I would have to be over 7 feet to use the full length of this tube on a standard 26 inch tire bike. My only reason for taking off one star is the fact that once it is seated in the tube, it will be very difficult to retrieve it. I've all ready ordered another one for my other bike. I would also think that if you are under 5 Ft 10 inches, this pipe isn't for you unless the bike you are fitting it to is a child's size. ... show more

I needed a seat post to replace the stock one my beach cruiser came with, and this one is excellent. The angled post pushes the seat back a few inches and is much longer than the stock post. A small change but it makes all the difference for comfort, especially if you are tall or have long legs.

I love my bmx bike but I needed just a little extra room. I thought it might look weird on the bike, but it doesn't. The old straight one was way past the safe limit on insertion. There is plenty of length so I can ride normally.

Everything about it is great. Gave my bike the look I was going for. It's built solid and strong a expected from chromoly. My bike is a 24" bmx and I'm 5'9" 190lbs and it's held up great for the last couple months of riding and practicing wheelies everyday other day. Great quality powder coating as well.
