I was looking for something similar to Sipsey Wilder, but much cheaper - which this was. The bag's design is pretty subtle so I initially thought that this was just a regular print. I was very pleased when I discovered that the print included tomatoes with fangs! Definitely cuter than I was expecting! This is a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it can hold everything I need just fine. I may need to downsize some of the items so I can fit my tablet, but my friends have been trying to get me to do that for years. The bag seems like it will be pretty durable, which is nice since I can be pretty rough on bags. I'll update if this does break down in a way that isn't a result of my use, but offhand the qualify feels a lot like the bags that typically last the longest with me. I think you could give this to someone without fear of it breaking down. I love that this came with a little bag - I may end up attaching it to the outside for some of those extra, but necessary items but I want to see how this wears more before doing that. As far as the snap goes, it does take a bit of extra effort to get it to snap but it did close. I think the makers were probably worried about it popping open and made it tighter than it maybe needed to be. It serves my purposes fine since I'm keeping some things in there that are necessary but not as frequently needed so it's nice to know that it won't fall out easy. I'd say that this is definitely worth getting, especially while it's still on sale. Hopefully this brand will be successful and stick around for a while, as I'd love to see them put out more stuff like this. We need another brand that puts out cute designs like Sipsey Wilder, but is more affordable, so there's definitely a market! ... show more

I bought the red one and it's very pretty. It is exactly the dimensions they have written in the description, kind of a medium size. The canvas is not too thick and not too thin. The zippers glide really well. The front pocket snap works really well (I wonder if they fixed that issue due to all the comments about it). It's not too heavy. I am going on a vacation and wanted something that will hold a water bottle, and this has plenty of room. I haven't been out with it yet, but I'm sure people will complement it, since it's so adorable. There was an artistic, printed note in the packaging that said that if I had any issues, please contact Black Butterfly. I appreciated that note. The canvas is not super-thick and tough, like you would expect in a backpack. It is just right, though, for a purse. As someone who hates to buy purses, when I do buy a person hope that it will last for a good bit before starting to fall apart. This is a very cute purse don't give me wrong, however there is a defect that others have mentioned with the front button snap pocket. Others have mentioned that it is very stiff and doesn't want to open. My issue wasn't so much that I couldn't unsnap it but that after the third time I opened it, the whole snap pulled out of the pocket side and is now completely on the flap. What it looks like to me as someone who has used various types of snaps like that, is that the snap hole that was punched is too big for the snaps that they're using. It's a clean cut hole there is no deformation, which I would see if there was an issue with it being too small or the right size hole. Now I am looking at it and trying to figure out do I want to send it back, or do I want to try to make do and leave it as is or do I want to try to get the front half of the snap off the flap, and putting new closing snap in there that's a magnet maybe. I shouldn't have to do this on a brand new purse which is why I am only scoring the purse as a three out of five. For the rest of the purse, it's a nice purse the material feels nice it's roomy the strap is great, and it should work well for summertime trips. But the pocket right now is rendered useless because I do not feel comfortable placing anything of importance in it because there's no guarantee that it will stay there if the purse should happen to get knocked over or somebody could reach in and grab something. I worried that this bag would be to small, but it's the perfect size. It fit everything from my previous bag and I love the little makeup bag that comes with it. I carry a full size wallet and it fits with room to spare along with the makeup bag, so I can still fit my water bottle and the extra little things, like hand sanitizer, Kleenex etc. The quality of this bag is way better than expected as well. No loose strings, tight seems. I think this is going to last a long time. I will order another in a different color. You can't beat this price. ... show more

I just received,… Zippers were very smooth and Seems to be excellent craftsmanship. I love the look and feel of this purse set. It’s mostly canvas . All Gray material is canvas type, the colorful parts are a smooth material. My cat hopefully will NOT desire to scratch this purse up as he does my leather type ones! : ) ... show more
