So I was struggling with root rot. I over watered and the old soil clogged up creating the nasty fungus. I bought this in hopes that I could save my beloved plant and it certainly saved it! WORST SOIL EVER!!!! I bought this mix to repot, my bird of paradise, and water the soil. The soil was so hard that I couldn’t even dig my finger in it. Eventually, my plant died in a few weeks. I do not recommend this product if you don’t want to kill your bird of paradise.
