I have used Bioderma products in the past when I lived in France. Ordered this one off Amazon a while back and I am unfortunately pretty sure it is not a genuine product. Red flags indicating this being a knockoff item are: 1. The label on the bottle is shrink wrapped, i.e. it is a plastic sleeve over a white tube that can easily be removed (see picture) as opposed to the design printed directly onto the product which screams cheap counterfeit 2. Other items from the Sébium range have a silver rim on the bottle cap, this one is just white 3. No metallic silver print on the cardboard box; the parts that should be silver are printed in green ink (cheaper), such as the product name 'Global' right under the 'Sebium' title and the little swoosh on the side next to the product description 4. raised Braille dots on box are missing 5. the QR code on the back is missing 6. also missing is the recycling icon on the box which is mandatory on paper products such as box packaging in Europe Cream itself (more of a gel) doesn't feel right, burns slightly and somehow never really absorbs and stays shiny ... show more

Siempre he comprado esta crema en mi país en tiendas especializadas ese piel y me ha ido muy bien, esta vez compré por Amazon y al ponerme la crema me saco ronchas en cara y cuello lo cual me resulto extraño. Revise el envase y no están grabadas las letras en el envase sino que tiene un plástico de mala calidad. AMAZON debería revisar bien los vendedores porque veo que no soy la primera persona a la que le pasa. I have always bought this cream in my country in specialized stores for that skin and it has gone very well for me, this time I bought it through Amazon and when I put the cream on I got hives on my face and neck which seemed strange to me. Check the container and the letters are not engraved on the container but it has a poor quality plastic. May be this is a packaging defect, but i hope this is a real product. This is my 3rd bottle, was suggested by my dermatologist for acne. i have been getting it from different places and was very happy to see it was on amazon. It came on time but i noticed i was able to cut through the details page (like in pictures) and that leaves a clear white bottle underneath. Also the font is Off.
