    • This chair is comfortable but snags and cracks when opening and closing
This chair is great for the massage and the heat. When it is all the way out it is not sturdy and tilts from side to side. When it opens and closes it catches and snags but still seems to function now but I am worried that it will have issues in the near future.

The products left side of the arms had to be narrowed because they would not fit into the channels on the base of the chair. The chair itself leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to comfort. I missed the return date by 1 day due to sever illness and then death in my family. Then I myself had to have a major surgery. I bought the chair because I knew I had surgery coming and would not be able to lay in the bed for a while. Now it seems I really have no place to be comfortable. ... show more

I will never ever buy from them. They sent a cheaper chair. NOT the one in the picture. They took forever responding and they didn't want to do anything about it. They did refund the difference. The chair they sent is junk. It's falling apart and the material gets little balls all over. One of the springs broke in it. I do not consider myself to heavy for the chair.
