The product came damaged and the box was ripped and crushed. It seemed not worth the trouble to reorder. I was rather cheap and I knew it would probably break easily. Update. This is junk! One of the worst investments I’ve ever made. I used this backdrop stand about twice before one of the rollers striped out. I find myself rolling it by hand while standing on a chair. I use mine in a Photography studio, so this really looks unprofessional.
