I use this mat for yoga, pilates, and to put my weight bench. I needed something that wouldn’t move as I moved on the mat and this does the job. Its also been a few months now and it is extremely durable. It’s easy to clean as well. Putting a weight bench on it will leave a mark if you take it out but it isn’t permanent.
