I’ve been looking for aero bars for a long time but didn’t want to break the bank for them. Saw a couple reviews so I figured I’d give these a try. They’re great! They fit nicely on my road bike without any problems. They don’t slip once they’re on(and leave no marks either). The reach of the bars is fantastic and the padding is super comfortable even after a few hour rides. Considering how expensive some of the aero bars are on the market I am very pleased with purchasing these while saving some money! Would highly recommend! ... show more

Hand grips are made from a low quality foam. The arm pads are smaller than the metal rests that they cover. If you’re riding far enough to need aerobars then you’ll likely expect more of any accessories you’re going to bolt on to your bike.

These were super easy to put on my bars and move between bikes for long rides (100km+). They're not pretty, but they add so much comfort and aerodynamic benefit.

I ordered these aero bars for my road bike. They are made of good quality lightweight aluminum. They come with all the hardware to mount them on the bike and they do not obstruct existing computer, light and bell I have installed. I mainly installed these bars to have another arm/ hand position that I can use while riding long distances.     • Great for my needs.
I am a commuter and recreational cyclist. I am *not* competitive with anyone but myself. I ride a handful of centuries each year and attempt to do at least one bike tour / bike camping trip. I want aerobars not to set speed records, but to make my long days in the saddle a mite easier and allow myself to tuck in against headwinds when riding a flat-bar bike. ___ The Good: ____ * Since I ride roads and shared-use trails, I really need to run a bell and lights. Unlike other aerobars I have tried, the pads on these sit high enough above my handlebars that I can do that. My cockpit is still cramped doing so, and I can only run small lights that sit in front of the handlebars, but this is loads better than not having the option. * These do appear to allow me to ride somewhere between 10% and 20 % faster for the same effort, which should definitely help on my long rides in the spring and summer. * These are adjustable in length, tilt, and rotation, giving me a fair number of options for how I want to install them. * Come with the tools and hardware included needed for installation. Plus a couple of spare bolts in case I lose one. ___ The Bad: ____ * As aerobars, the tradeoff is a more aerodynamic position that comes with less ability to control the bike. This is a problem on shared use trails, as other trail users are unpredictable, and not everybody follows proper "keep right, pass left" etiquette. So it's often unsafe for me to stay in an aero tuck position with my hands away from my brake levers for long periods. * These are aluminum, which is fine by me, but likely to be an issue for weight weenies who would prefer carbon to save some grams. * The installation instructions could be a bit better. I didn't use any of the washers, and I am not sure if I should have. * While the included Allen wrenches work fine for installation, I failed to bring them along on my shakedown ride, and found that my Crank Brothers m19 Allen Wrench didn't reach the lower bolts well enough to perform field adjustments. Take the included hex keys (or a multitool with longer shafts) with you on any ride where you might need to adjust things. ... show more
