I own a F350 King Ranch truck and it has 4 switches in the cab that you can use that are already wired through the firewall of the truck. The install was simple because I wired the switch that came with the lights to 1 of the switches in the truck. After I wired it to the truck, I zip tied the switch, that came with the lights, out of the way under the hood. I just leave the switch that came with the lights in the on position and control the lights with the switch in the truck. I was about to but kc's. Needed something brighter than the cheap nilight. These things are bright af. Heavy duty mounting brackets. Heavy duty light assembly. Worth. Every. Penny. these are brighter than I expected. They are great lights and seem to be built to last. However I have a 2015 jeep wrangler unlimited and the wiring harness is short. mounted lights on bull bar on bumper and the driver side light wire really had to be pulled tight to get it connected. The switch for the on/off button was also short and I could not put it in middle of dash so had to install it near ignition. adding just a couple feet to each wire would have solved this unnecessary issue. these lights should have received a 5 star rating but the harness being short is a potential problem ... show more
