The good: Cheap, measures sleep duration pretty accurately - it mistakes lying in bed for sleep, so it slightly overestimates, and wake time pretty well. You probably can't trust any wrist wearable for insomniacs that don't move around much. (I didn't evaluate the accuracy of the deep vs light sleep). The bad: The battery drains quickly (24-48 hours) and the HR LED is too powerful - it created a welt on my child's wrist. It was probably on too tight that night, as it didn't do it on other nights. Sending back as it doesn't feel safe. This is a shame given the ability to track sleep (one of the reasons I purchased this - I tried two other watches, and they underestimated the sleep duration by between 2-5 hours!). ... show more

Bought these for our daughters for fun. I would not buy these for anyone who really wants the versatility of a true smart watch, but they found them fun and easy to use. The quality is pretty good, but the size on a small girl can be a problem. Overall, for the cost, the value is pretty good.
