We have only added air 2 times since we got it over 2 months ago, and it is very, very firm. Finally got around to trying this air mattress out, and it is fantastic! No odor of any kind, which is a HUGE plus for us and one of the main reasons we went this material. It's a much softer material as well, but somehow also sturdier - or at least less prone to stretching maybe. We've slept on it 3 nights in a row now and it hasn't lost any air at all. Add that to the fact that it has a built-in motor that automatically turns off when it's fully inflated, and you've got a winner! Time will tell as far as durability, but as of right now this is the best air mattress we've ever used. ... show more

So far, this product is exactly as advertised. It arrived as scheduled. There was no smell when we opened the package. Easily installed, the mattress inflated with a flip of the switch and stopped at the perfect inflation. Two heavy adults found the mattress comfortable. they slept on it for 3 nights and then it stayed inflated for a week unused and used again for 2 nights without having to touch anything. The only slight issue so far is that it doesn't deflate totally and needs to be pressed on to remove the last bit of air. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's only been used 3 times so far. I'll follow up if anything changes. ... show more

Someone from the company did contact me and replaced the mattress. It works perfectly and I didn't have to send the old one back. **** UPDATE**** Received the new mattress and the inflate switch worked just as it should. My guest said she slept well. It the easy to get in and out of bed (not too low to the ground). So far the mattress is holding air. The quality seems very good. Unpacked it and read the directions. Seemed very easy…. But then the inflate switch/button didn’t work. It actually began deflating it and pulling out what little air was naturally in there. There didn’t appear to be a replacement option only return. So I had to begin the return process BUT then had to reorder because I need to have a mattress here for company. Hate to put double to charge on my card when a replacement would have been ideal. Hopefully the new one delivers tomorrow and inflates. The quality seems decent but I never got to really try it so we shall see. ... show more
