I have used several other Bevel products and I'm highly impressed with just about all of them. So I decided to give the aftershave a shot, but I was very happy with what I was already using. Well, I'm ready to dump my old aftershave balm in the trash. This product is incredible and completely soothes my skin after a shave. I've become somewhat of a wet shave enthusiast so I tend to try different DE razors, shave creams and soap, but when I use the Bevel razor, shave cream and follow up with this aftershave balm, my face feels better than any other combination of products. And you don't need to use a lot of the aftershave, so although the container is small, I expect it will last quite a while. The other bonus is you can use this product on non-shave days as well. I know this sounds like a sales pitch but I was resistant to Bevel especially when they first started with the subscription program. But once I finally gave them a shot...I am highly impressed with the company and their products. This is one of their best. This after shave balm is great! I use it after shaving my head. It does well to sooth/cool my head. The smell is pleasant and not extremely strong which is appreciated for someone who is sensitive to strong smells. I've used it about half a dozen times and you can hardly tell. The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Bevel After Shave Balm for a while now, and I must say, it's a quality product that comes at an excellent price. What I really appreciate about this aftershave is the inclusion of soothing ingredients like tea tree oil and witch hazel. These natural elements work wonders in preventing irritation, razor burn, and bumps, which is a huge plus for someone with sensitive skin like mine. The only criticism I have is that it's more like a "lotion" than a balm. Typically, aftershave balms are thicker and often contain shea butter for that rich, soothing texture. Even the Bevel website refers to it as a "lotion" in their description. So, if you're someone who prefers a lighter, more fluid aftershave, this is definitely a great choice for you.
