Are you freaking kidding me? "Simply empty when done, fold up for storage." There is NOTHING simple about draining this because they put the drain valve on the side rather than at the end, so one can't just hold it vertically and watch the water pour out. There is no way on God's green earth this will "simply drain." Dumbest design for draining. I don't know if it worked as a barrier because hurricane blew past us so fast there wasn't a lot of rain and no flooding here. Not sure I will bother again because it can't be fully emptied before storing. It sounded like a good idea but it proved to be disappointing. ... show more
